Also includes photocopied pages from Notes and Queries, volumes XXVI, 1955 & XXVII, 1956, two replies from Hayes, dated 26 June & 3 July 1969, and some associated notes
-Two letters from J.G. McIntyre, Lord Sorn, dated 27 July-3 September 1977, concerning a correspondence he had had with Trudi Jackon, a descendant of Jackson. Also includes a reply from Hayes, dated 31 August 1977, and photocopies of the full twenty-two letter correspondence between Lord Sorn and Trudi Jackson, dated 27 April 1971-22 February 1974
-five letters between Hayes, Ellis Waterhouse and Samuel C. Whitbread, dated between 13 March-9 April 1979, concerning a watercolour thought to be by Thomas Gainsborough by Whitbread but Hayes attributed it to Jackson. Also includes a transcript of a letter from 1833 to Egerton Smith from Thos. Cambria Jones in which he describes seeing Gainsborough sketches.
-letter from Amal Asfour, dated 9 September 1996, concerning various questions about works by Jackson. Also includes a reply from Hayes, dated 22 September 1996
-letter from David Scrase, The Fitzwilliam Museum, dated 12 August 1999, concerning the attribution of a work thought to be by Gainsborough that Hayes thinks is by Jackson. Also includes a photograph and a transparency of the work and a reply from Hayes, dated 14 August 1999

Also included are thirteen photographs and one photocopy of works by Jackson and some research notes.
