| Admin/Biog History | The Euston Arch was demolished in 1961, it was later discovered that many of the stones had been disposed of to British Waterways to help fill a hole in the bed of the Prescott Cutt, off the River Lee in East London. This discovery led to the formation of the Euston Arch Trust in 1994, (of which Stamp was a trustee) to head a campaign to rebuild the Euston Arch. |
