Admin/Biog HistoryStamp's research into the Lutyens was extensive, he researched the architect throughout his career for a variety of activities including scholarship, journalism, teaching, and exhibitions.

The magazine Quaderns d'Arquitectura i Urbanisme approached Stamp in 1982, asking permission to publish his article 'The Rise and Fall and Rise of Edwin Lutyens', first published in the Architectural Review, Nov 1981. They also published a second article authored by Stamp and Margaret Richardson titled 'Lutyen's in Spain'.

In 1983 Stamp was invited to lecture at Col.legi (Association of Architects) in Barcelona.

It also includes correspondence concerning the location of, and information contained within, original documents and drawings related to Liria Palace and El Guadalperal. It also concerns the translation of Stamp's articles.
