Admin/Biog HistoryDuring the 1990s, Fulmar Television and Film Limited produced the 'J'accuse' programmes, which formed part of the 'Without Walls' series made for Channel 4 television. The basis of these programmes was to critically re-assess the reputation of various individuals in the world of art and popular culture and subjects included Orson Welles and his film 'Citizen Kane', and the artist Vincent van Gogh.

In 1992 Sewell was approached by Fulmar Television and Film Limited concerning the possibility of him writing and presenting a programme about the artist Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519). The series producer was Jeremy Bugler and Madonna Benjamin was director of the programme which was shown as: J'accuse Leonardo (1993). Channel 4, 9 November 1993.
DescriptionThe material in this series comprises correspondence, research notes, cuttings from published material about Leonard da Vinci, and scripts.
