Title1982-1984, 'Art & Architecture Action Group'
Admin/Biog HistoryThe Art & Architecture Group was set up in 1982 to re-establish a platform for active collaboration between artists, architects, crafts people, planners, the building industry and patrons of the arts. The Group was formed as a result of the Art & Architecutre conference held at the ICA in February 1982.

Petherbridge acted as secretary for the group. She resigned in December 1983.
DescriptionThis file includes correspondence relating to the Art & Architecture Action Group. It also includes meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting documents for the following groups (it in unclear how comprehensive these minutes are):

-Art & Architecture Action Group
-Information and Education Group
-Legislative Group

It also includes publicity material and reports created by the groups.

-correspondence between Petherbridge and Rick Carter, concerning the subject of art in the urban environment and the location of original material relating to the commission of art works for buildings
