Admin/Biog HistoryThis exhibition of works from Oppé's collection was held at the Royal Academy of Arts' Diploma Gallery, held between 15 Mar-1 Jun 1958, as a memorial to Oppé. The works were chosen with assistance from Aydua Scott-Elliot and Armide Oppé. In total 453 works by British and European artists were shown, exhibiting the range of his collection.
