Description	By 1874 it was found that the new building was not able to meet the College's needs, further debentures were issued to raise funds to convert the racquet hall at the back of the site and link it in with the rest of the building. The hall had been bought with the rest of the site in 1860 but was then rented back to the Kildare Street club. Architectural plans can be found at RCPI/11/4.
