| Description | Files covering the period 1922-1954 were collected by Kirkpatrick, they contain all documents printed by the academy including circular letters, agendas, reports, invites, printed pamphlets, menus, some files also contain newspaper cuttings.
From 1954 bound volumes are used to collect copies of all documents printed by the academy. |
