| Description | Each folio contains a week of daily returns for patients attending the extern and intern departments. For the extern patients the information recorded is the date and the numbers treated under three headings; general, gynaecological and maternity. There is also a yealy running total of extern patient numbers kept. For the intern department the information recorded is number on register, name, age, religion, address, recommended by, doctor in chage, discharded, died. On the inside of the front cover are the names and addresses of a number of nurses and lodgings. |
