Description	The Linen Guild was established at the suggestion of Miss Haughton, and was the first of its kind to be established in Dublin. The Guild was made up of a number of ladies who supported the hospital and formed working parties to keep the linen in a good state of repair. The Guild also ran fund-raising events and drives to allow for the purchase of new linen and related articles for the hospital. The volume contains the manuscript minutes of the linen guild and some related letters and documents
