Within the top section of the urinometer is a sliver of ivory that denotes the measurement scale on one side, from 60 ascending to 0, and on the other "Diabetes" at the bottom, followed by an "S" below an "H" within an X, then a "60° F" below a "W".
The cardboard case is covered with brown faux leather, with a red interior. There are small signs of wear and tear on the cardboard case.
