DescriptionThis is a Cooper Rose's Vaccinator, a medical instrument used for administering vaccinations in the late 19th century. It is made by Fannin, as engraved, of electro-plated metal. The main body is composed of the scarificator, including sharp teeth for incision and introduction of the vaccine, arranged in a circle, with its catch and lid on one end. On the other end, there is a detachable spatula.
