Description	Minute books and agenda books relating to the management of Cork Street Fever Hospital and Cherry Orchard Hospital between 1801 and 1961. The minute books which cover the years between 1801 and 1936 detail the proceedings of the voluntary Managing Committee of Cork Street Fever Hospital. This run of minute books is complete with the exception of those covering the period between 31 July 1828 and 6 January 1842. On 31 December 1936, Cork Street lost its voluntary status and management passed to the newly-formed Dublin Fever Hospital Board. This board presided over the hospital's move from Cork Street to Cherry Orchard in November 1953. In 1960 Dublin Fever Hospital Board was dissolved and the management of Cherry Orchard Hospital passed to the newly-established Dublin Health Authority. This sub-series contains one minute book from the period after this change of governance, that of the transitional Cherry Orchard Hospital Advisory Committee. Note that this sub-series also contains a private minute book and a volume of minutes of the Cork Street Hospital Social Club.
