DescriptionRotunda Hospital Nurses Badge. [Bronze], fitted with a pin. At the centre, a female figure with two children. Surrounding this, the words: "Rotunda Hospital Solamen Miseris". Four points displaying a harp (at the top, above which is a crown), the year 1745 (at the bottom), the letters "B" (at left) and "M" (at right), which are the initials of the hospital's founder, Bartholomew Mosse. On the reverse are the words: "TO DO MY DUTY" and the number "75".
