| Description | Notebook containing minutes of the 'Friends of the Royal Hospital Donnybrook Committee' dating from the committee's inaugural meeting on 17 April 1967 until 23 October 1978. Inaugural minutes refer to the origins of the committee in an effort to organise the many volunteers in to a more coherent helpful group for the matron 'to call on those governors and friends to come to her aid'. The minutes refer to coordination of visits to patients, fundraising, patient wellbeing, upgrading of facilities/ patient equipment. Includes names of volunteers.
