DescriptionPapers relating to the management of the Dun's Trust Estates in County Waterford. The estates comprised the lands of Templeverick, Bonmahon, Shanakill, Ballinard, Kilmoylan, Portnaboa, Curraghnagarraha, Ballyduane, Lisnagerah, Killameeleane and Curraghbolinlea all in County Waterford. The lands were purchased by Sir Patrick Dun from the Duke of Ormonde at the beginning of the eighteenth century and left by Dun to the College in Trust. The College were responsible for the management of the estates from the death of Lady Dun in 1748 to the sale of the estates at the beginning of the twentieth century.

This section contains a large collection of estate papers including title deeds, leases, financial and legal paper, reports, correspondence and maps. The papers date from the late seventeenth to early twentieth century with the majority dating from the nineteenth century.
