Description	Typescript copy letter to William Arnold Thompson informing him that his letter was presented at the College meeting, but that RCPI are unable to restore his diplomas until he has applied to the General Council of Medical Education and Registration. and are unable to do anything at present with regards to restoring his diplomas. The letter further states that 'the College looks on the offence of which you were convicted in a very serious light. It is a crime not only against the community but also against the good name of the profession'.
