| Description | Case taken by Richard Grattan against Charles Lendrick, that he had used his influence both within the College of Physicians and Trinity College to illegally elect several Fellows to the College (William Brooke, Drs Burke, Healy, McCabe and others), that Lendrick was using the memorial of Dr Hill as an excuse to get the Visitors to look into Dr Grattan's conduct on spurious grounds and that the Visitors should act to remove the illegally elected Fellows. Grattan had shortly before taken a case against Lendrick for Lendrick's involvement in preventing him from taking up the King's Professorship in the Practice of Medicine, see RCPI/4/5/1/4/4
