| Description | Documents in this section are arranged into the following five sections, application, strategy, observations, answers/comments, decision, outcome and correspondence. The documents relate to the A,B and C Case otherwise referred to as Application No. 25579/05.
The Application section contains the court documents for the preparation and revised sumbmissions of the case under Article 34 of the European Convention of Human Rights.
