He explains that since his name was removed in 1912 following his conviction, and that he has been unable to practice since. He gives details of the case and protests his innocents, he asked to be re-enrolled now he has 'suffered the sentence passed on me' so he can practice medicine again to support his family, he also expresses a desire to help with the shortage of doctors due to the War. |
