| Description | Typescript letter from the Under Secretary asking RCPI for their opinion on a proposed change to the Orders governing the sale of 'carbolic preparations for agricultural and horticultural purposes'. Enclosed is a copy of a letter from William Cooper & Nephews Chemical Works requesting that such a change be made, and one from the Department of Agriculture and Techincal Instruction for Ireland on the same subject.
