| Description | Metal embossing seal press with die stamp depicting the crest of Sir Patrick Dun's Hospital surrounded by the words "SEAL OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF SIR PATRICK DUN'S HOSPITAL". The [manufacturers] name "WALLER & CO DUBLIN" stamped next to the screws on either side of the die. Contains a small, removable metal rod, which when inserted across handle acts as a locking device. Metal is painted black with yellowish brown floral design. Piece of green textile covers the base. Similar to object CSFH/9/165, which was manufactured/sold by J.L. Stewart & Sons Ltd. |
