| Description | Hard bound book of printed and numbered blank certificates of attendance for ‘the medical and surgical practice and the clinical lectures delivered’ in the Mater Misericordiae Hospital for any given number of months and years in the 20th century. The certificates are perforated at the top and include a printed illustration of the Mater Hospital in the 19th century. There are blank sections for the student’s name; the total term of months the student spent in the hospital broken down into the day, month, and year study commenced and the day, month, and year study terminated; the date the certificate was presented consisting of day, month, and year; and sections for 4 Physicians and Surgeons signatures as well as the Registrars signature. In the counterfoils are manuscript notations in pen and pencil of student’s names and the date they received their certificate, beginning at 25 June 1924, with no entries for 1925, but continuing on from 30 June 1926 until 20 January 1928.
