DescriptionThis is a sheet of paper detailing information and instructions in regards to the creation and administration of Femergin. At the top of the sheet it says "FEMERGIN", with "Ergotamine tartrate - Stoll" and "(Sold outside Eire and the United Kingdom as GYNERGEN)". Below that it says "Femergin is the tartrate of Ergotamine (C33H35O5N5), as isolated by Stoll from ergot (Claviceps purpurea). Femergin is the laevoratory, pharmalogically active form of the alkaloid."

The sheet lists the properties, advantages, indications and dosages, as well as packages. In the advantages section, it details that Femergin is crystalline, odourless, well-tolerated, and stable. It also notes that it can be administered orally, sublingually, or parenterally. For indications and dosages the sheet notes that it can be used for a variety of conditions--such as migraine, post-partum atony, puerperal prophylaxis, post-abortum atony, herpes zoster, and more. For packages, it lists that it comes in ampoules, tablets, and a solution of various sizes and concentrations.

The paper itself is in good condition, minor degradation is visible in folded areas.
