DescriptionThis is a stone mortar made of white stone, with a wooden-handle pestle featuring a white stone tip. The mortar has a thick, bowl-like shape, with a beak to facilitate the transfer of substances. Opposite to the beak, the surface is chipped. The interior of the mortar is smooth, showing signs of wear and tear.

The pestle, with its wooden handle, has a white stone tip where the number 3 is engraved. The bottom of the mortar is engraved with "Wedgwood (B)est Composition."

This tool is perfect for preparing medicines in a pharmacy or conducting scientific experiments in a laboratory.
