| Description | The black faux-leather cardboard case, adorned with a decorative stamp, securely holds a folding razor made of metal with a vulcanite handle. The razor blade is engraved with the inscription "T. Read & Co., Parliament, Dublin." The two pieces of the wood handle are joined by two metal nails. The razor blade has a curved feature to help with extracting the blade. One side of the handle is engraved with additional hand-engraved numbers (readable: 734, 835, 1238, 1247). |
