| Description | This is a uterine flushing catheter of the Bozeman type, "Made in England" by "Fannin Dublin" as engraved. It is a slender metal tube with gentle curves at both ends, bent in opposite directions. The catheter has a detachable tip that can be removed by twisting the bolt. The rounded tip features two side openings at different points and one oval opening near the bolt. At the opposite end, there are two rings for secure handling and a bulb-shaped spike for attaching a flushing pouch.
The catheter is engraved with the number "9" to indicate its size and the letter "T." There are some signs of corrosion and staining.
The Bozeman catheter is similar to the one designed by Gibson, but it differs as it includes multiple openings, a detachable tip, and a different design. |
