| Description | This trephine is a T-shaped instrument used in surgery to remove a circle or bone, as designed by canadian doctor Dr Allen DeVilbiss, founder of Drive DeVilbiss International and creator of various medical instruments. This trephine is used for trephining the mastoid, consisting of a rounded handle and a removable pointed tip. There are twisted serrations on the lower part of the body. No manufacturer's mark present, but there is an inscription of the number 8. |
