DescriptionThis item is the tissue grasping forceps of the Allis' type. It is a surgical instrument with sharp 5x6 teeth, used to hold or grasp heavy tissue. Composed of ratcheted forceps, and finger rings. It is also used to grasp fascia and soft tissues such as breast or bowel tissue. Allis Tissue Forceps can cause damage, so they are mainly used in tissue about to be removed. On one side is the manufacturer's mark, on the other side is the inscription "Stainless Steel", beside manually added inscription "Theatre".
