Description	Minute books of the Executive Committee (1891-1893) and the Board of Governors (1893-1964). The Executive Committee were responsible for the establishment of the hospital, finding a site and raising funds. Once the hospital had opened the Board of Governors were responsible for the overall management of the hospital, receiving reports from various sub-committees who dealt with the day to day running of the hospital. The minute books contain minutes of the Annual General Meetings and monthly Board of Governors' meetings. The series also contains a register of governors covering the entire period of the hospitals existence.
