Notebook includes index of food items, articles of clothing and additional nurses. Includes particulars of a person's diet such as dates 'put on' and 'taken off' a particular food item. Book is signed George Hendrick on inside cover and includes romantic poem and note on inside cover. George Hendrick was employed as registrar, providore and accountant to the hospital in 1821.
