DescriptionRectangular wooden case with a hinged lid, bearing printed information identifying its contents: 'Dr Siegle’s Patent Steam Spray Inhaler.' Inside, the case contains a printed leaflet with instructions, protective paper, and the inhaler itself. The inhaler comprises a brass body in the shape of a kettle, with a spirit lamp and burner at its base. This is connected to a water boiler, which in turn links to a nozzle. Through a system of tubing, the nozzle connects to a clear glass medicine bottle positioned on one external side of the inhaler. The opposite side features a handle.
