| Description | This file contains six items of mixed ephemera relating to Doctor Matthew Russell. Two silhouette portraits, the earliest own a Silver Medal award at the Festival of Empire, Crystal Palace in 1911. The second is a postcard from 1928. 1924 is transcribed on both portraits. One receipt from Hodges Figgis for one hundred and twenty eight pounds and eighteen pence, for subscription to the Book of Kells, dated 30 November 1950. One typed poem which mentions Dr. Russell. |
