| Description | Audited accounts and rentals of the Sir Patrick Dun's Estate is county Waterford, held in trust by the College. Accounts give yearly summary of the College as trustee in account with Sir Patrick Dun's Hospital, most also give the accounts of the College's land agent. Rentals give details of land holdings, tenants name, gale days, yearly rent without abatement, abated, one years rent, arrears, total due, received and observations. From 1906 onwards there are only the estate accounts.
