| Description | Sub series comprising the minute books of the various sub-committees of the Executive Council and latterly the Executive Management Committee of the Mater Misericordiae Hospital. Some of these records do not have a large physical presence in the archive; either they were short-lived committees or there were no new additions to their records over time. They currently consist of the minutes for the Ladies Dance Committee (1945-1975); the Mater Rugby Football Club (1945-1975), and the North City Hospital Council (1972-1977). The Ladies Dance Committee and the Mater Rugby Football Club minutes are contained within the same notebook.
