Written in the hand of Hill's daughter Eliza, it details the committee's view of the various sections of the bill. The report is signed by the four members of the committee Edward Hill, Edmund Cullen, John Boyton and Dr Gilholy.
With the report is a manuscript copy of 'Dr Hill's Bill', a manuscript copy of the proposed act. |
