DescriptionThe medicine bottle, crafted from brown glass, is fitted with a twist-off black metal cap and adorned with a white paper label. The label, detailed in orange, white, and black ink, outlines the syrup’s ingredients, usage instructions, dosages, and information about the pharmaceutical company. Handwritten notes on the label read ‘2/3’ and ‘H.P.’ A smaller label, stating ‘SAMPLE’ in black ink, is positioned adjacent to the bottle’s main label. The bottle contains some residue of the syrup. The bottle’s base features markings that read ‘A456,’ ‘5x,’ and a circle enclosing a letter, [ff].
Vitavel Syrup was commonly used to supply daily vitamins to infants, children, and adults.
