| Description | Also known as haemostatic forceps, this item is a plain micro curved forceps. It features serrated jaws and a ratchet system for self-retaining. The inner portion of the body is inscribed with "Seward England" and "Stainless Steel". This is used to control the flow of blood in vessels in various types of surgery. Thanks to this instrument, the artery can be compressed/clamped, small blood vessels can be sealed and arteries kept out of the way. It is also used to hold needles and grasp tissues. |
