This Committee was established following the dissolution of Dublin Fever Hospital Board in July 1960, when management of Cherry Orchard Hospital passed to the newly-established Dublin Health Authority. Members of the Committee were asked to advise the new hospital management following the changeover. Topics of discussion are written in the margins, and an index to subjects discussed at meetings is provided at the start of the volume. Prominent topics include new procedures for the Committee, treatment of patients suffering from poliomyelitis, hospital management, financial matters, and buildings.
