College and others Vs. Thomas John Medlicott and others

Papers relating to a lengthy legal dispute between the College and Medlicott over the ownership of the lands of Portnaboe and the granting of leases to tenants, dating back to the sale of the lands by the Duke of Ormonde at the beginning of the eighteenth century. Contains legal case documents and copies of supporting documents. A commission was established to survey the lands and arrange for their division, included with the documents is a coloured map of the lands showing the final division, dated 1777.
