  <dc:description>Original, and some copy, leases and title deeds to a property on Cavendish Street, Dublin. The deeds relate to the complex transactions undertaken by Mosse, Henry Darley and Luke Gardiner during the 1740s and 1750s, after Mosse's death in 1759 the property passed to his son Charles Mosse and his guardians, who continued to carry out transactions. By 1818 the situation had become so complex the opinion of counsel was obtained to establish the title to the property, this is included as is a contemporary copy of Mosse's will.</dc:description>
