Rectangular brass plate on grey/silver painted wood. The inscription on the plate, in Irish, reads 'Bronnta ag cumann/"fóir ar leanb[h]aí na Gearmáine"/I dlút[h]-c[h]uim[h]ne ar/an Dr. Caitlín Ní Linn/1957'.
