Dr. Kathleen Lynn Surgical Ward Plaque Rectangular brass plaque with the following inscription "St. Ultans Infant Hospital./This surgical unit was erected in memory of/Dr. Kathleen Lynn, M.B., F.R.C.S.I.,/a founder member of this hospital,/by Kathleen Lynn Memorial Committee./This plaque was unveiled during/the Golden Jubilee year, 1919-1969."
