Mater Hospital Interiors/Campus and Eccles Street buildings File contains a set of 3 folders of black and white photographs; folder 1 contains copies of images found in MMUHA/8/1/2, namely interiors of the X-Ray department, theatres and various wards, and also includes images of the former patient kitchen in the original hospital building. Folder 2 contains exterior images of the hospital campus - namely the former A&E entrance, staff restaurant, Child Guidance Clinic, and laboratory buildings; hospital green spaces and the back of the buildings on Eccles Street; Rosary House; exterior of the West Wing and orchard; and the Eccles street entrance with Radiology building. Folder 3 contains exterior images of buildings on Eccles Street and their dilapidation, including views of the Dominican College; and views of Eccles Place, buildings and waste ground before the construction of the Mater Private.
