The ‘Remarks’ section gives details of examination results, certificates obtained and general conduct. 

One enclosure consists of a typed letter on Mater Misericordiae Hospital headed notepaper from Anne Carrigy, Director of Nursing to Sr Therese Brophy, Convent of Mercy, Mater Hospital regarding a presentation to Sr Olive McDonald on her retirement (5 May 1999; 1p).
