Roll of Braided Silk Suture This is a roll of black braided silk (Mersilk) suture. The lebel reports the following length is 22860mm, as indicated on the label. It can be sterilised by autoclaving, and is serum-proof, non-capillary. It is used for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, and can be used in cardiovascular, ophthalmic and neurological procedures.
