  <dc:title>Spamer's Portable Induction Coil</dc:title>
<dc:description>This is a Spamer's Portable Induction Coil. It consists of a wooden case with a hinged lid and handle, locked with a key, and a drawer on the side of the base. It contains a bichromate cell with a stopper, a plug switch for primary and secondary currents, complete with cords (blue and red), two wooden handles, and electrodes. Both the drawer and the lid feature a white paper label with handwritten ingredients, which combined help in generating electric current. The battery solution was added to the cell, then the cords were connected to the brass terminals on the induction coil, and the wooden handles and electrodes attached to the ends of the cords. The electrodes were placed on the area requiring treatment, such as muscle stimulation or cauterisation.

The device was made by Fannin, as engraved on the lid.</dc:description>
