Upon opening, a vertical tray can be removed, containing the following items: two screw-joint artery forceps, a screw-joint pair of scissors, one screw-joint sinus Lister forceps (size 9), a set of spring forceps, a trocar with twistable cap and cannula (size "S" "2"), a scalpel handle, a director with scoop (size 3), and a sanitising tray holding one scalpel blade each. The instruments and the case are engraved with "Allen & Hanburys London," and some instruments are also marked with "MT" and "stainless steel." Signs of wear and tear are visible. 1900-1949
