Simpson's Uterine Sound This is a metal uterine sound of the Simpson type, with consistent depressions in the body to indicate inches of depth. The scale is clearly marked along the length of the sound, allowing for precise measurement. Made by Fannin (as marked). The handle is flat and serrated.
