<dc:title>Original Record Syringe Set</dc:title>
<dc:description>The steel container is composed of box and lid (marked with "Allen & Hanburys"). Inside the box, there is a steel plate with brackets to keep the syringe, plunger and needle in place.
The syringe is made of glass, with 20cc capacity. Steel plunger and lid completely detachable. The glass has a blue ridable scale from 2 to 20, and the company logo. The plunger can be extracted by the syringe-steel tip body by rotating the plunger lid to operate the sliding mechanism. Company logo on the plunger's tip.
The box presents some stains.
Original Record syringes were introduced and designed by German makers Dewitt and Hertz in 1906, and they did not leak fluid under the plunger and avoided jamming.
This type of syringes could be easily disassembled and reassembled for sterilisation purposes.
Thanks to its high quality and reliability, dentists and physicians across Europe and United States have used it until plastic disposable ones appeared in the market.</dc:description>
